The inspiration behind the name “Wu Hou Fu (武侯府)” comes from the renowned figure from the Three Kingdoms period, Zhuge Liang, who is often regarded as a paragon of wisdom and loyalty by later generations. The posthumous title “Zhongwu Hou” was bestowed upon Zhuge Liang by Emperor Liu Shan, and he has been commonly revered as “Wu Hou” ever since. Therefore, “Wu Hou Fu” is envisioned as Zhuge Liang’s residence, where customers can experience being served like a lord.
Established in 2021, Wu Hou Fu is one of the Chengdu hot pot brands created by Synergy Dining Group Sdn Bhd. It integrates the culture of the Three Kingdoms and embodies a classic and unique style, exuding an ancient oriental ambiance in both decor and service, transporting customers back to the atmosphere of the Three Kingdoms while enjoying hot pot delicacies.

Wu Hou Fu presents each dish with delicacy and excellence. Especially noteworthy is the ‘Tian Xiang’ one of the signature dishes. Selecting premium pork ribs and marinating them in a secret blend, then cooking them in the spicy hot pot, results in tender, flavorful ribs that become increasingly addictive with each bite.
Additionally, the “Grass Boat Borrowing Arrows,” named after a classic battle tactic, features lamb skewers arranged in the shape of a boat and adorned with cabbage. Marinated in a variety of secret sauces, each skewer is spicy, fragrant, and tender, offering a satisfying chewiness that keeps you coming back for more. The “Premium Duck Intestines” are fresh, tender, and free of any unpleasant odors, providing a crispy and flavorful experience with each bite. The “Bamboo Tube Shrimp Paste” is freshly handmade, offering two distinct and delicious flavors, making it a delightful treat for the taste buds. The “Wu Hou Six Palaces” is also a must-try, featuring six different dishes, including handmade fish roe shrimp paste, Heavenly Fragrance Ribs, Grass Boat Borrowing Arrows, handmade mushroom meatballs, golden silky chicken, and white snow mushrooms, providing a feast for the senses through its variety of flavors.
